Why Email?

I strive to provide excellent service to my customers. This support is provided by email, rather than phone, because it is much better for tracking order numbers, download passwords, etc..., things that would be very difficult to communicate over the phone. Email also allows us to provide support wherever we have access to the internet.

Response Time

All suppor requests will be answered, and many are even resolved within 24 hours. I can't guarantee this, but you can be sure that your support request will be handled in a timely manner
